Our return policy differs by product types.
*For most of the items (excluding special items), products with no quality-related issues can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. We will issue a full refund of the returned product's cost if you are not 100% satisfied with your order.
*For quality issue/damaged/mis-shipped issues, we'll fully take responsibility and issue a full refund once we confirm the problem and receive the product back.
