Entrei em contato com a empresa via ticket e anexei fotos conforme solicitado para a devolução e reembolso. Infelizmente, eles não responderam - enviei a mensagem várias vezes. MUITO DESAPONTADO! Quero pedir um item completamente diferente que já tive no passado, porque sei que este definitivamente vai me servir. Não vou pedir nada desta empresa novamente se eu estiver inseguro sobre o tamanho! Received my parcel and love 2 of the items but sadly this item was far too wide for my frame. I contacted company via ticket and attached photos re their request to return and receive a refund . Sadly they haven’t replied - I’ve sent message numerous times.

I do want to order a completely different item that I’ve had in past because I know this will definitely fit me . I won’t order anything from this company again if I’m unsure of the fit !
