Important for a perfect print: Data format and resolution

Your designs can be printed if they meet these requirements:

• File formats: JPG, JPEG or PNG

• Size limit:  - max. 20 MB

• Only .png files support transparent backgrounds.

• If there is a part that is not covered by your pattern, it will be produced in white.

A sufficiently high quality and size of your design are essential for the best print results. Our advice is to set your design's longest side to at least 4000 pixels. This enables your design to be scaled precisely without losing quality on any print area, regardless of the product.

If the resolution is too low, Print quality will be unsatisfactory

All terms not otherwise defined herein have the meaning set forth in the Terms of Use, as applicable.

1.We are providing Made-to-order/Made-to-measure/Customized service under this section, each item will be made according to specific requirements of every individual order. With all sizes and colors being customized, the products under this section, including all custom measurements, require additional tailoring and will take longer time to get ready for shipping than regular products. The finished item may not be exactly the same as what you see online because of the difference between the image and the actual print.

2.Each Made-to-order/Made-to-measure/Customized item is unique and made just for you, so it is non-returnable and non-refundable for customer’s reasons (*Customer's Reasons: no longer needed, bought by mistake, not as expected, changed mind, etc ). The product is returnable and refundable only if it is defected, damaged, or not made to the correct specification.

3.We will keep the information uploaded by consumer strictly confidential.

4.Customer’s Representations and Warranties

(a) It is consumer’s independent act to upload pictures, text and other materials to design Made-to-order/Made-to-measure/Customized items. When using the Service, consumer shall promise and guarantee that any pictures, text and other materials uploaded does not contain ANY of the following contents:

●Illegal content that may be deemed reactionary, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or defamatory, or violent, or discriminatory;

●Contents infringing any third party's intellectual property rights or other civil rights (including but not limited to copyright, patent, trademark, domain names, trade dress, trade secret and portrait right etc.);

●Contents violating the public image or privacy of any third party;

●Other illegal contents as stipulated by laws and regulations.

If the pictures, texts and other materials uploaded by you violating the above commitments involve risks of infringement or violation of law, you shall bear the liabilities arising therefrom.

(b) If you upload designs or make changes to a piece of work in any way (for example, adding custom text), you represent and warrant to us that you have all necessary rights (for example, in trademark, copyright, privacy rights, publicity rights, common law, etc.) to use the text or design without violating the rights of any third party.

5. Our Right to Refuse Performance

We may, in our sole discretion, refuse to print any designs，text or other materials that you submit. However, we are not obligated to review any of your submissions. You agree to (i) indemnify and (ii) release us from all liability (including costs and attorney's fees) for claims relating to the alleged or actual infringement of any third-party rights and any law to the extent that such claims relate to your use of our site and service.
